Iced Tea Steep Guide

We often associate iced teas with being overly sweet and overly garnished, unrecognizable from their hot tea counterpart. Iced tea however, can be an exceptionally refreshing beverage when you let the natural flavours of our blends take the lead.

When enjoying our signature blends iced, the key is to start with a stronger infusion. We recommend doubling your usual portioning of either loose leaf or sachets. This will ensure your infusion maintains its flavour once poured over ice and diluted. The steep time and temperature will remain the same. If you do not have a variable temperature kettle, we recommend boiling the water fully, and letting it cool for 2-3 minutes.
