Earl Grey Classic Key Lime Surprise
Take advantage of the citrusy goodness of bergamot in our Earl Grey Classic and enjoy a glass of key lime pie. Close your eyes as you sip and it might just fool you into thinking it's the real thing!
1 oz of Earl Grey Classic concentrate (30g of tea & 300ml of water)
1 oz of cinnamon syrup (1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 4 cinnamon sticks)
1 oz of lemon juice
5-6 oz of oat milk
Glass filled with ice
Begin by making steeped tea concentrate. Add 30g of Earl Grey Classic loose leaf to 300ml of cold water and cold steep overnight for 12 hours in the fridge. Once steeped, strain tea leaves from mixture.
For the cinnamon simple syrup, add 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 4 cinnamon sticks to stovetop pot. Bring to a soft boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain & cool.
Fill glass with ice, add 1 oz cinnamon syrup, 1 oz lemon juice, 1 oz of Earl Grey Classic concentrate and 5-6 oz of oat milk.
